christmas time

We had a relief society activity last week all about the Savior and the many gifts He's given us and all He has done for us. I don't know why it's so easy to forget just how much He's done and how much He's willing to do if we'd only let Him. A beautiful sister sang "Mary Did You Know" and I cried and cried. It dawned on me that night that not only did Christ suffer and die for me, He did it for Miles. How did it take me a year to realize that? I love Him infinitely more now. Because of Him, my baby can be forgiven when he sins, he can be comforted and guided by the Holy Spirit, we can live together again after this life. I am grateful for this season, and all its reminders of what life is really all about.
