11/1/10

a haunting we will go.

We had an absolute ball dressing up as cave people/dinosaurs this weekend! I love love love Halloween and am kinda really sad to see it go. But it does mean that the holiday season is officially here and that brings lots of fun, family and food! Can't forget the food now can we???

Our first stop of the Halloween weekend was our church's Trunk-or-Treat, which was fabulous! They did a really great job planning everything and pulled it off wonderfully! There were baking/chili cook offs, carnival games, costumes galore and even an adorable polaroid photo booth provided by a darling newlywed couple in our ward! LOVED THAT! Now I want one for christmas... a polaroid camera, not a newlywed couple.

(Trunk or Treating like a champ!)

Despite the fact that baby dino here isn't smiling in any of the pics he really did have a great time! I think his favorite part was getting to run wild in the field behind the church (which was ironically Cave Daddy and my least favorite part being as the parking lot was all too close by.)

Next up... Trick-or-Treating in the neighborhood the real deal! We were joined by Amay,  and our good friends with their sweet sweet baby tooth fairy! Sooooo funny!!!!

We walked up and down a looong street and got only a few handfuls of candy but it's more than Miles will ever need so we're good!
I love Halloween!
